Urban Starter is a contemporary bakery concept built around the simple idea of bringing good bread and pastries into the rhythm of everyday city life. The project explores the bakery as more than just a place to grab something to eat, but as a familiar part of a neighbourhood in Berlin.

The identity brings this attitude to life through a playful mascot and bold, expressive typography. The lettering was designed with a slightly imperfect, handcrafted quality, giving the brand a sense of warmth and personality. Combined with a strong photographic direction, the system feels youthful and urban while still keeping the warmth and familiarity of a local bakery.

The result is a brand that feels approachable, energetic, and a little unconventional somewhere between a neighbourhood bakery and a small piece of city culture.
